Bath and North East Council has a requirement for the procurement (hire) of Christmas Lights and Projections for the following areas:

• Bath – City Centre

• Bath - Combe Down

• Bath - Larkhall

• Bath – Moorland Road

• Bath - Weston

• Keynsham

• Midsomer Norton

• Radstock

• Other areas as designated by the Engineer by 31 July of the relevant year

Each lot will be evaluated individually, but suppliers may bid for one or both lots. If a supplier is successful in their bid for both lots than the contract authority reserves the right to award one framework agreement covering both lots.

The design; hire; storage; refurbishment; testing and carriage of Christmas Lighting displays for eight communities in Bath and North East Somerset as detailed in the Pricing Schedule. This to include the provision of any required fixings (e.g. catenary wires, carabiners, column mounting bands etc), to be agreed annually with the Engineer.
