The appointed Provider will work in partnership with Magenta Living to deliver continuous improvement through the introduction of internal and external good practice and innovation, adding value through its experience of delivering services of the nature and specialism required, whilst still retaining the responsibility to ensure correct levels of controls, checks and balances to meet the requirements of the Organisation’s governance requirements and compliance with the regulatory framework.
