NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of a library management system for two regions, the East of England (ELMS) and Kent, Surrey Sussex (SENDS).

Health Education England (HEE) is seeking to procure a library management system for two regions, the East of England (ELMS) and Kent, Surrey Sussex (SENDS). We are seeking a supplier able to provide the same system for both regions, in a way that delivers shared benefits and economies, but has the flexibility to allow for each library network/region to operate autonomously, at least initially.

The contract period will be for five years, subject to annual budget review.

The maximum value is as follows:

£400,000.00 over 5 years. Additional functionality, features and services may be added over the duration of the contract.

All figures are inclusive of VAT.
