Luton Council require groundworks contractors to supplement their own labour resource. The type of groundworks that Luton Council undertakes is day to day repairs, void property external works, communal external works to sheltered schemes, and foundations and external works to new build developments.

Various teams in BTS carry out new builds and project works involving groundworks, which may include earthworks (site preparation) and external works (hard and soft landscaping).
