Reason for not signing contract
Following completion of the evaluation process, a decision has been taken not to award the contract.
This decision has been reached after reviewing the submissions against the full life-cycle costing requirements and the technical and commercial criteria set out within the tender documentation.
In summary, in the view of CPI, we did not receive any suitable tenders or requests in response to this opportunity. On this basis, we are unable to proceed with awarding a contract at this time.
We would like to thank all suppliers for the time and effort invested in their submissions.
