To support our ambition to deliver efficient digital functions PHSO requires a scalable finance system that continues to accommodate the needs of the organisation as it continues to develop, which includes the ability to also provide HR and payroll functions (the processing of which is to be in line with HMRC and HM Treasury rules.

Supporting core financial processes and management of resources, with the general ledger at the centre, the system will need to provide comprehensive information, data capture, processing and integration across a number of systems.
