Reason for not signing contract
Since the publication of the Tender Notice in relation to these Contracts, Salvation Army Homes have undertaken a formal restructure of their Asset Team. As a result of this restructure, Salvation Army Homes have determined that the structure of the Lots set out within the Tender Notice is no longer appropriate to the requirements of the organisation. As such, this procurement is being terminated and a new procurement is intended to be initiated in the coming weeks, which will reflect the revised distribution of regional patches across the restructured Asset Team.
