** Pre-Market Engagement** DfE- Invest NI - Drupal CMS Support, Maintenance and Development - PME. Invest NI is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a Contract with a Supplier to provide a Drupal support, maintenance and development managed service for their existing websites. This will include maintaining the websites on Invest NI servers, ensuring security patches and version upgrades are analysed and implemented in a timely manner and developing the websites and content management system (CMS) to support the business needs. The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement Invest NI wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The objectives of this exercise are to: gain an update in supplier awareness, engagement and opinion, gain an updated insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; understand risks and issues not previously considered and inform the Procurement Strategy. Interested parties are requested to complete the questionnaire within the CfT documents area under ID 4842165 DFE- INVEST NI - DRUPAL CMS SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT Pre-Market Engagement Exercise and return it via eTendersNI by 3.00pm on Monday 12 June 2023. Any requests for clarification relating to this exercise must be communicated using the secure messaging function on the eTendersNI portal. Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated by CPD to all interested suppliers through the eTendersNI messaging system.
