The successful Provider will provide housing related support on-site 24/7 to those accommodated at the project. The support provided will be ‘needs-led’ and aimed to improve the capacity of the Service Users to move on to living independently within the community. It is recognised by the service that living within a temporary accommodation environment is not a positive, long-term solution for Service Users, so they are ‘moved on’ as soon as is achievable.
Provision will assist the Council in fulfilling its duties under The Housing (Wales) Act 2014, Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
