University Hospitals of Leicester are seeking to procure three (3) Renal Dialysis Partially Managed Service Satellite Units to meet the needs of Leicester Dialysis patients off-site from the Hospital.
UHL is planning to extend its dialysis provision and seeking collaborative, dynamic and innovative partner(s) to support provision of renal dialysis services within Northamptonshire and Peterborough.
• Lot 1, Northampton Dialysis Unit – existing new unit on Edgemead Close Northampton to be equipped with 32 stations and 4-unit home training area.
• Lot 2, Kettering Dialysis Unit – existing unit on Trafalgar Road Kettering with 30 stations.
• Lot 3, Peterborough Dialysis Unit – a new unit within 3 miles of Peterborough City Hospital, to open at 35 stations with capacity to increase to 50 stations.
The estimated length of the contract is seven (7) years with one (1) possible three (3) year extension period.
