To procure a national Independent Child Trafficking Guardian (ICTG) service. Key features of the service include:
The provision of ICTG support to all child victims of modern slavery (CVoMS) in England and Wales that are referred into the National Referral Mechanism (NRM).

This market engagement and any future procurement will be managed electronically via the Home Office’s eSourcing Portal (JAGGAER). To participate, potential suppliers must first be registered on the eSourcing Portal. If you have not yet registered on the e-sourcing portal, please do so at:

You will need to confirm your intention to attend the Virtual Event via the Jaggaer portal no later than the 16th May 2024. (The event will be hosted on MS Teams)
