Walsall Council's is seeking to procure a provider for a Parent-infant Emotional Wellbeing Counselling Service.

The Council wishes to deliver qualified counsellor sessions to pregnant and postnatal parents and care givers in relation to the infant's and the parent/s / care givers relationship within the context of their family. The aim is to support the quality of that parent-infant relationship building and support where this is stressful or needs strengthening.
