Scottish Water requires a framework for the design, installation and testing of electrical connections either for a first-time supply, or as an upgrade to existing sites. This will include all materials, plant, manpower and equipment, etc. necessary to completely supply the Electrical Connection. The Contractor must be suitably accredited to National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) up to and including 33kV. The estimated value of spend through the framework will be c£1M per year and the proposal is a 6-year framework with a break-point review at year 3 and then options to extend for a further 2 x 12 months at Scottish Water’s sole discretion thereafter. Applicants will be expected to be of sufficient financial and economic standing to support the anticipated contract value. All applicants must complete the financial questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents. Financial standing relevant to the anticipated contract value will be determined by Scottish Water based on the response to the pre-qualification questionnaire and any further financial checks deemed necessary
