Working in DTV Adult learning Disabilities services the provider will The desired outcomes are:

• To improve Trust engagement for adults with a learning disability

• To ensure that the Trust is listening to those that use their services - in particular adults with a learning disability

• To create a strong and effective group where adults with a learning disability can provide feedback and suggestions to the Trust

• A group which has a clear pathway to influence within the Trust

• To help the Trust reduce health inequalities

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the most suitable provider process.'

The contract is for 36 months with an option to extend by 2 years. Contract start date 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028.

The lifetime value of the contract is £225,000.
