The Council is seeking to appoint a provider in respect of existing and new free-standing council information display units as detailed in the Tender Documentation. The Borough of Bromley, London's largest Borough, presents an attractive marketing opportunity, with a number of attractive town centre locations, including Bromley town centre, with associated high quality environments, high town centre footfall, numerous transport interchanges, and positive socio-economic factors supporting this.

The contract will be let as a 'Service Concession', which shall be exclusive to the successful Contractor. There are currently 21 sites (details of which are within the Tender Specification) which display Council information and advertising and the Council wishes the Contractor to identify and deliver more sites over time, with the recognition that some or all will change to a digital format. The contract value may be subject to change depending on the Tenderer's proposal.
