The area will have to be shelved out floor to ceiling height of 4m.
The space will have to be chilled to 4 degrees Celsius remotely monitored and alarmed back to a central location with call out facility to attend fault (provided under this agreement)
The agreement will be for 12 week period and will include the following:-
Chillers run & standby, pipework, air handling units x 2 and thermostatic equipment, including interconnecting electrical distribution and cabling.
Racking out of the space, forklift to enable storage to all levels within the space.
