Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
The criteria for scoring the SPD Selection Section - Technical and Professional Ability in contained with the SPD. All other scored sections will be evaluated on a PASS/FAIL basis. Bidders must receive a PASS score as detailed within the SPD to be considered for selection to tender stage. Thereafer the highest scoring Bidders will be selected. If Shire Housing Association decide there is insufficient acceptable bidders the procurement may be cancelled.
