Flintshire County Council (the Council) established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Passenger Transport in 2017. Due to the previous notification in respect of this DPS having closed on the 31/03/2023 we are issuing a new notice, as the DPS remains open for new applications via Proactis Source to Contract Portal (https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com)
**Suppliers already accepted on to the DPS DO NOT need to reapply**
Under the DPS Service Providers operate, who are fully capable of providing safe, high quality, responsive and cost effective passenger transport services, to include Local Bus Services Routes, Mainstream Education, SEN, Music Services, Post 16, Short Term Care, Children's and Adult Services, Emergency Cover Contingency Arrangements and Community Based Transport. Individual contracts are awarded via further competition, with all suppliers successfully admitted to the DPS invited to participate in all calls for further competition via the Proactis Source to Contract Portal.
