NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative known as the Authority, on behalf of NHS Procurement in Partnership (four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs) East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub; NHS London Procurement Partnership; NHS Commercial Solutions; North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative intends to put in place an agreement for the Provision of Language Services for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies.

The offering will provide the supply of language services to support delivery, either individually or as groups, to service users who speak, communicate, or read languages other than English the agreement will include the following as a minimum: · Face to Face Interpreting · Face to Face Non-spoken Interpreting (including but not limited to) British Sign Language, Foreign Sign Languages, Irish Sign Language, Lipspeaking, Sign Supported English.

· Telephone Interpreting · Video Interpreting · Written Translation Transcription & Ancillary Services (including but not limited to) Braille, Easy Read, Large Print, Audio, Video and Pictorial English. Any lotting structure of this will be determined as a result of the market engagement.

NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, on behalf of NHS Procurement in Partnership (four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs) is utilising e-tendering to manage this project for both pre-procurement / marketplace engagement communication and activity with Suppliers as well as any tender process which may follow this early engagement. NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative reserves the right to use an electronic auction and the e-Sourcing system we will use is Atamis.

Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Suppliers and all communications with exception of the Engagement and Information Exercise Questionnaire will be conducted via Atamis.
Any resulting procurement documentation will be published on the same procurement portal to ensure minimal supplier registration.

The Engagement and Information Exercise Questionnaire will be managed through a Smart Survey and can be completed via this link (https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/60XH1O/).
The closing time and date for the return of your responses are 12.00pm on 31 May 2023.
