two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Design, supply, install, service and maintenance of new and existing legacy whole house energy efficiency measures and renewable energy systems. Installed measures must be delivered in line with PAS 2035, PAS 2030:2019 and the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and the Council must be supported by the Contractor in all efforts to ensure compliance.

The purpose of this specification is to set minimum standards and covers the design, planning, works, testing, commissioning, handover, servicing and maintenance of domestic energy efficiency retrofit measures. Every effort has been made to provide accuracy and completeness but where there are errors or omissions, please revert to PAS2035 which takes precedent. Between PAS2035 and the following specification these standards must be met.

2. If you are already registered on the Proactis portal please Login and start at Step 14 of these instructions if not go to STEP 3
