Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) invites tenders in accordance with the service specification for 2 block contracts for the supply of Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) Secondary provision in their own premises in the city or in neighbouring authorities until premises in Newport can be found. The contract will commence on 1st September 2023 for a three-year period with a possible option to extend for a period of up to 2 years, extended on an annual basis subject to review.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Council's invites tenders from experienced SEBD providers to supply Secondary Provision in premises situated in the City or in neighbouring authorities until premises can be found in Newport. The requirement is for 2 block contracts of 12 places which are to expand to 20 to to be able to reduce 'out of county' placements during the period of the contract.

3. Responding to the tender
