The purpose of this procurement is to secure Consenting Management Services for the Mersey Tidal Power Project (MTPP) to progress the project from current status to a Scoping Opinion and preparation for the next phase to DCO (Development Consent Order) submission and determination.

The Consenting Management Services include Consenting leadership, Stakeholder engagement and EIA & Specialist Support Services.

The support required relates to consenting management and all associated activities for DCO including EIA (Environmental Impact Assessments), HRA (Habitat Regulation Assessments), Water Regulations and all other supporting consents and licenses. Please note we are unable to provide the some of the documents via ‘open internet access, as such all interested bidders must sign a confidentiality agreement in order to gain access.
