Plymouth College of Arts are seeking to appoint a sole catering company to improve and manage its catering and hospitality service at both Tavistock Place and Palace Court Campuses. The college is keen to have a relevant, high quality and value for money service available to its students, visitors and staff that reflects their values and ethos. The food service provision should therefore be affordable, healthy and sustainable. Menu planning should take into consideration the needs of a growing international and staff community.

The key objectives of this tender process are to identify a caterer who will:

? Deliver and constantly strive to improve upon a catering service that reflects the specialist nature, high quality experience and brand values of the College to our staff, students and visitors.

? Ensure that an excellent student and visitor experience is at the heart of our catering service.

? Develop and invest in the facilities and services to improve the customer experience of current and prospective staff, students and visitors to our Gallery, Art Cinema and FabLab.

? Be responsive to the needs of its customers through regularly seeking and responding to customer feedback.

? To have a menu which changes on a weekly basis with different flavours and dishes, representing a mixture of cultures and the style of the college.

? Extend the use of and active commitment to sourcing Fairtrade goods and seasonal produce from local and UK suppliers and growers wherever possible.
