Scope
Description
National framework for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Equipment (including delivery, parts, service, repairs, maintenance and end of life).
This is a closed framework running from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029.
The Framework is open for use by all Contracting Authorities as defined at Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023.
Contracting Authorities will not be permitted to Direct Award under this framework and must conduct a further competition to call-off their individual requirements. Contracts are not exclusive; therefore, award to more than one supplier is permitted.
A breakdown of the specific Quality criteria used for the framework can be found in the Contract Award Notice. However, Contracting Authorities may apply weightings that meet their needs for call-off contracts.

A 1.5% retrospective rebate will be paid to the Authority by Suppliers for any invoiced works (minus credits) every April and October relating to the previous 6-month period.
Framework operation description
This is not a priced framework. Call-off contracts will be awarded via mini-competition only. Contracting authorities may establish their own award criteria.

The Framework is open for use by Contracting Authorities (defined at Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023) that fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments(including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; The Corporate Office of the House of Lords, The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
