s part of Clackmannanshire Council's social and economic regeneration objectives the Council will require the successful contractor to agree to a contractual commitment as part of the delivery of the works and/or services. Candidates are required to complete the community benefit method statement detailed below.

This method statement will form part of the contract conditions and the successful candidate will require to enter into a legally binding agreement incorporating the method statement below.
