two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Tower Bridge requires a single Events Management Contractor to be responsible for all areas of the events business (sales, marketing, bookings, event operations, security (overseen by the Bridge’s operational 24hr security provision), catering, and client aftercare.
The Contractor will be expected to provide a high quality and well-regarded events experience for all clients. Longer term, Tower Bridge should be known as one of the most sustainable and socially impactful events venues in London, while still being profitable and receiving excellent client feedback.
The duration of the contract is 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 3 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 6 years.
