Mutual Energy is a major player in the Northern Ireland energy sector managing critically important gas assets. In order to do this, Mutual engages the services of expert consultancy service providers to undertake a range of technical, integrity and compliance related services. Within gas operations, these services cover a range of design related disciplines including mechanical, civil, pipeline, electrical and instrumentation for plant enhancements and replacements. Mutual (on behalf of its subsidiary company, Interconnector Services Limited) intends to establish a framework for Project Design, Approval and Appraisal which will encompass these services and wishes to engage a competitive range of bidders who can fulfil the entire service requirements as well as those who can fulfil one or several of the required disciplines.
