Description of renewals

The Framework will be for a maximum period of 48 months. The initial period of the Framework will be for 36 months from the starting date with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory operation and performance. Any periods of extension will be at the sole discretion of the Council.

The bidder confirms they are already have or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the framework agreement the following levels of insurance:

It is a requirement of this framework agreement that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded place on the framework agreement the types and levels of insurance indicated. In responding to question 1.72.8 of the SPD, where the tenderer responds "No, I cannot commit to obtain" this will result in a FAIL.

Suppliers should note that when when it is judged by the Council (at their sole discretion) to be appropriate the Council will collaborate with the relevant bodies (including Police Scotland) to actively share significant elements of information provided and detailed in this response.

Tenderers are advised that the envisaged maximum number of participants as set out in IV1.3 of this contract notice is indicative. The council reserves the right to appoint more or less Tenderers as and if required.

Tenderers shall ensure all relevant certificates, insurances etc. are up to date.

Management Information is required on a quarterly basis which will include reporting the delivery of Community Benefits.

Once the tender evaluation has been completed the following documentation will be required:

1)Evidence of your company's insurance certification detailing the required level of insurance as per the levels stated within this contract notice.

2)A completed copy of Certificate of non Collusion, Canvassing & Declaration

3)A completed copy of Freedom of Information

4)A completed copy of Non Involvement in Serious Crime Declaration

5)And any other documentation required.
