Description

The Authority, Border Force (BF) are looking to engage with the market on the provision of support and training for gas monitors located nationwide.

Border is a professional law enforcement command within the Home Office. The Buyer is responsible for securing the UK border and promoting national prosperity by facilitating the legitimate movement of individuals and goods, whilst preventing those that would cause harm from entering the UK. This is achieved through the proactive border protection activities carried out by our staff at all ports of entry.

The required services are for ongoing planned and reactive maintenance, including calibration services, and training for multi-gas monitors (capable of detecting CO, H₂S, O₂, and LEL), bump stations, and related equipment in service across the estate

This is solely a market engagement activity at this point and the Authority makes no commitment to running a procurement exercise after the engagement end date.
