The EoECPH is working collaboratively with the National Ambulance Procurement Board on this procurement with an aim of providing a procurement compliant route to market for UK Ambulance Services. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from manufacturers/ suppliers of Video devices which can be worn by Ambulance / Paramedic staff as a means of protection and a deterrent from assaults by members of the public.

EOI'S will be used to inform and complete the specification for the output of a Framework Agreement which will last for 4 years.

The suppliers will provide a solution through which other contracting bodies can access data which is specified in the Statement of Needs. The actual content of requirements may vary depending on the need of the call off from the framework. The supply of Body Worn devices and their accessories is indicative and not exhaustive over the life of the agreement.
two.2.14) Additional information
Public Funding has been awarded to 10 UK Ambulance Trusts to launch samples of these products and monitor the effectiveness of their use. Some Trusts have now decided to fund the roll out of devices to all their front-line staff which is why we need a framework agreement to provide the additional equipment.

EoECPH are seeking expressions of interest from manufacturers and suppliers of Video recording devices and supporting services and accessories required to support the solution.
NOTE:THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION.
EOI'S are requested to help define the requirements for a full roll out to NHS Ambulance Services. The output will be a Framework Agreement which will be accessible to all public bodies for a period of 4 years.
Consultation with suppliers expressing an EOI will be initially via a questionnaire which can be obtained from: : ambulance@eoecph.nhs.uk
All interested parties will receive a questionnaire to complete and return by 20th July 2021 when responses will be collated. A market engagement event via a Teams call will be arranged, and invitations issued to those who complete a questionnaire; this is likely to be held on Thursday 29th July 2021 and will be confirmed including the time slot. Further information will be made available and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
