DVLA has an upcoming opportunity for a UKAS certified (or equivalent) company to support and provide accreditation for ISO Standards for both Sustainability and Health & Safety.

Current standards in place are ISO14001 for Sustainability and ISO45001 for Health and Safety.

DVLA would like both audits simultaneously and for them to be carried out on an annual basis to cover both standards.

The DVLA has ambitions to achieve further certification to BS ISO 50001 and BS ISO 46001 during the contractual period, which is likely to be a 3 year plus 3 additional single year extension options.

In addition, the ability to expand during the contract, if required, and certify against Energy and Water Management Systems BS ISO 46001 and 50001 as required

DVLA also requires the ability for suppliers to provide additional training at an agreed rate.

The Invitation to Tender will be published on Contracts Finder with an estimated launch date of late July 2021.
