CLS (UK) are the supplier of the TA Device, NEMO. As such they are the only ones able to deliver the support services Defra and MMO require to enable to continued roll out and delivery of the I-VMS programme.

Ongoing support for proprietary technology for which there is no viable alternative.

Only this particular supplier can supply the services required due to incompatibility issues which could also result in time consuming and complex redesign and modification which could be unacceptable in the circumstances, for example, resulting in significant cost due to Intellectual Property Rights issues and result in a delay to an important service.
