Description
Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Mansfield District Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for the execution of works to undertake statutory compliance works identified in the recent fire risk assessment as well as general refurbishment works at Sherwood Court Sheltered Housing complex in Mansfield Woodhouse.

Award criteria
Quality award criteria will be assessed first (weighting - 20%). Where a tender does not meet the required minimum score/s or threshold in relation to the quality award criteria the tender will be deemed non-compliant and will be excluded from further evaluation.
Price will be evaluated based on a maximum of 80 marks (weighting - 80%) for the lowest priced compliant tender (subject always to the provisions noted above in relation to abnormally low tenders). Other tenders will be awarded a number of points in direct proportion to the relation between their tendered price and the lowest tendered price
The scores for all criteria will be totalled to give an overall score. The Council intends to select the supplier(s) with the highest overall score(s) as its successful supplier(s).
