The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires the services of a Place Shaping delivery agent (the Contractor) for its Building Positive Relations (BPR): Cross Community Area Network (CCAN) programme. The BPR CCAN programme is funded by the Special European Union Programmes Body’s (SEUPB) Peace IV funding stream. The Contractor’s role in the programme will be to deliver the Place Shaping element (Stage 4) of the overall BPR CCAN programme. A Place Shaping project is defined as a process that brings together participants from local communities with design professionals with the goal of improving the quality of life for residents in a defined geographic area through the collaborative development of plans and strategies that work with the physical environment to improve social cohesion, economic opportunity and environmental sustainability.

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (the Housing Executive) requires the services of a Place Shaping delivery agent (the Contractor) for its Building Positive Relations (BPR): Cross Community Area Network (CCAN) programme.
