Engagement process description
The Contracting Authority is seeking responses to a preliminary market engagement from suitable organisations for the requirement to provide the Workstream 2 Enabling Works for the Commons Building & Infrastructure Portfolio (CBIP). Interested suppliers can access, complete, and submit the Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire through the Authority's electronic tendering portal (Atamis) https://atamis-ukparliament.my.site.com/s/Welcome by 18:00 on 25th April 2025.
In the first instance, suppliers will be required to create an Atamis account and once registered, express an interest in this RFI by searching for contract opportunity "RFI - WS2 Enabling Works" (Reference: C2006). Having accessed the opportunity, suppliers can then view the RFI document in the 'Shared Documents' folder. All communications between the Authority and the suppliers shall be undertaken via the messaging centre of the Atamis e-tendering portal. Alternative written means of communications shall not be accepted unless there are technical issues in accessing Atamis.
