Description
The procurement of the operation of Registered Local Bus services in the local authority areas of Tyne and Wear with effect from 31st August 2025. It is anticipated that c20 contracts will be let and operate between 31st August to 30th August 2026 . Services provided will operate to specified timetables. The vehicles required will be fully compliant with Public Service Vehicles Access Regulations 2000, the Public Service Vehicles Accessible Information Regulations depending on the service tendered, and meeting the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 with a minimum capacity specified in the procurement documents.
