• Assess the marketplace to determine the scope and capability of ETP solutions currently available or the ability to provide a bespoke solution;

• Gain an understanding of where, how, over what timescales, and at what costs, these solutions, if previously developed, have been successfully implemented in health systems of a similar or larger scale to HSCNI;

• Gain an indication of likely costs of implementing an ETP solution in NI;

• Gauge the interest in the market of the potential opportunity to provide an ETP solution for NI;

• Learn from any recognised “good practice” in other clients and jurisdictions.
