Lot 1. Salary Sacrifice and Lease Cars - Employee Contribution
Description
Lot 1 is for Salary Sacrifice and Lease cars (Employee Contribution). The Provider must enable employees of Participating Authorities to purchase cars with all motoring costs included (e.g. servicing, maintenance and repairs) with the purchase price and such costs deducted from their gross salary as a salary sacrifice benefit.

Lot 2. Lease of Vehicles up to 3.5 tonne (4.25 tonne electric)
Description
Lot 2 will cover the lease of LGV’s (Light Goods Vehicles) & LCV’s (Light Commercial Vehicles up to 3.5 tonne (4.25 tonne electric). The Provider shall provide Service, maintenance and recovery coverage at the most appropriate and cost-effective locations in relation to the Participating Authorities’ requirements to ensure that the vehicles can be serviced, maintained and repaired as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Lot 3. Hire of Vehicles up to 3.5 tonne (4.25 tonne electric)
Description
Lot 3 will cover the hire of vehicles up to 3.5 tonne (4.25 tonne electric). The Provider shall ensure that any service, maintenance and repairs need to be undertaken in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty requirements.
