The Provision is voluntary and aims to reduce the number of people who are inactive or not in employment in the South East Midlands LEP area. The Provision will focus on a package of support to help the unemployed, economically inactive and those who are disadvantaged in the labour market to find and keep a job. It is targeted at different groups and delivery is expected to be appropriately tailored to meet the needs of the Participant to engage, address barriers to work and improve their chances of securing and sustaining employment.
