2021 re-opening of a pseudo framework agreement to provide Domestic Abuse Support Services in Gloucestershire.

Open to other organisations - see section VI.3.

The Framework is divided into six specialists themed Lots as follows:

— Lot 1: Not being reopened

— Lot 2: Provision of Places of Safety,

— Lot 3: Addressing Perpetrator Behaviour,

— Lot 4: Young People,

— Lot 5: Early Identification and Workforce Development,

— Lot 6: Stalking.

The Services required under this procurement fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements.

The Council will follow its own modified version of the Framework process described under Regulation 33. This modified process includes the length of the framework and the ability to reopen the tender to ensure coverage of service areas.

This is the final re-opening of the framework, providers should ensure they read ITT for full details.
