This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton Place has awarded a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the Social prescribing link worker Service in Halton. The contract has started on the 1st of April 2024 and will expire on 31st March 2025 and has an annual contract value of £412,293.

A competitive procurement process will also commence during 2024/25 with a view to awarding a contract for 3 years plus 1 from 1st April 2025.
