The contractor will plan, organise, manage, and deliver the water hygiene services in accordance with HSE Approved Code of Practice L8 (Current Edition), HSG274 and as detailed in this contract. The Contractor will as part of this contract, provide all plant and equipment required for the delivery and provision of these services.

The Contractor shall ensure that facilities are operational, available, and safe. In delivering and managing the water hygiene services, the Contractor must always meet the business needs of the University of Bath and provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all personnel whilst minimising adverse impact on the occupants, the environment, and the business.
