To appoint a Supported Living Service with the purpose of providing care and support at Rupert Road in the Huyton area to enable and empower Service Users to maintain their home, promote independence, increase life skills, social inclusion and to support the Service Users to achieve maximum choice and control in their lives.

The care and support provider will support residents in a shared house.

The scheme will be primarily for those people who have a Learning Disability, Autism, Physical, or Sensory Disabilities.

To provide the appropriate response to support people in episodes of crisis, link to local community assets to encourage community participation, encourage and facilitate learning using community links.

To create a culture of empathy, build trusting relationships with residents and families to ensure openness and high standards of communication run through service delivery.
