The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk is considering its requirements for a strategic audit of the health and safety arrangements at the Council; looking at how the governance of health and safety arrangements is structured and implemented. The methods that this would take would be through desktop assessments and physical visits/assessments to selected representative sites.

Engagement process description
The exercise will consist of written responses to the areas of the pre-market engagement document identified as requiring response.
The Council reserves the right to hold subsequent meetings with those that have responded to the written questions (Participants). Any such meetings would be to discuss the responses to the questions in further detail, and would be held via MS TEAMS.
The Deadline for Clarification Questions is 18th April 2025, 12:00 noon. The Submission Return Deadline is 24th April 2025 at 12:00 noon.
