There is no restriction to the number of eligible providers that may be awarded a contract for the provision of CHIS and there is no restriction on the number of services eligible providers can be awarded.
This CHIS Direct Award Process B will be open for 5 years with provision for the Council to extend the process period for a further 3 years and a further 2 years, making a potential process period of up to 10 years.
Contracts will be awarded as and when Applications are received and are successful, during the process period. As such contracts may have different start dates ["Commencement Date"], as are subject to when the successful Application was made, but all contracts will expire on the closure of this CHIS Direct Award Process B [the "Expiry Date"].
