The provider will be expected to engage with rough sleepers and collaborate with a range of agencies and partners to ensure the effective delivery of services to achieve these same aims.
The new contract will be the commissioned by Huntingdonshire District Council and will cover the Council areas of Huntingdonshire, East and South Cambridgeshire districts. The primary objectives of the contract are to achieve sustainable outcomes for rough sleepers and a reduction in numbers of rough sleepers.

- Factors outside of the Council’s control such as the availability of Government grant to continue funding the service.
