Services to support the installation and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure. This includes wi-fi networks, communications, CCTV at rail stations and depots. The supplier will provide support for planned cabling projects and ancillary good that are necessary to complete any agreed projects This procurement sought a provider who could deliver an fixed fee annual support service and additional project support as and when needed. The annual support service is approximately 10% of the total value of the contract, with the project work accounting for the other 90%.

The procurement was undertaken in the accordance with the UCR and utilised RISQS as a mean of pre-qualification. Therefore, as stated in the original notice, the award was made in accordance with Regulation 77(9) by inviting relevant suppliers on the RISQS Qualification System established by notice 2021/S000-010921
