It is expected that defects reported by the customer will be reviewed by service provider within 24hrs and that those defects which are unsafe be made safe by service provider within a further 24hrs. This will also be a requirement during the timeframe of other ad hoc training run on site

•A business continuity regime to both proactively monitor, record and treat severe weather and other incidents or events with the potential to impact training delivery. Lessons learnt and continuous improvement should be a feature of the regime. Progress updates are to be provided for the customer on a daily basis during any such period. A summary of lessons learnt and improvement opportunities to be provided within 2weeks of the cessation of the incident or event (weather or otherwise). This will also be a requirement during the timeframe of any other ad hoc training run on site

•Mock motorway sections usable for clearing/up-righting vehicle purposes and which may become soiled or incur some oil and surface damage during the course of these activities. This section may also be needed for ad hoc training purposes.
