Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) are looking for a supplier in the Fleet Management Services field that can work with the Council to implement a cloud hosted off the shelf Fleet Management Services system requiring minimal changes to support the Councils aim of moving to a centralised team for OCC fleet management service.
Other than specialist vehicles, such as fire engines and off-road vehicles, there are very few vehicles owned by OCC, most of the OCC fleet is leased. Within the OCC organisation, each service area currently manages their own fleet, and efficiencies, better control and compliance are expected to be gained from a new system.
