Delta Academies Trust and those partners given permission to access the framework with then appoint through the tender process. Delta is currently coming to the end of a 5 year contract and all contract values included below are based on the supply of uniform to the Trust and also the sale to parents.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Expressions of Interest are requested from experienced uniform providers to create a new framework in relation to the purchase of school uniforms. Delta Academies Trust and those partners given permission to access the framework with then appoint through the tender process. Delta is currently coming to the end of a 5 year contract and all contract values included below are based on the supply of uniform to the Trust and also the sale to parents.
The value of the contract with Delta Academies Trust will be in the region of £225,000 per year for the provision of year 7 uniforms purchased by the trust. This contract will be for an initial period of three years with the opportunity for a further two year extension, after a review meeting. The contract value for the initial term of the contract is therefore £675,000.
The supplier appointed from this tender will then be the preferred supplier for all Delta Academies Trust schools for the provision of uniforms for parents and carers to purchase items for their children. The expected value of this additional provision is predicted to be in the region of £500,000 per year. The estimated additional sales for the length of the agreement is therefore £1,500,000.
The overall potential value of the contract is expected to be £3,625,000 over the three year period.
